I've just caught up with my digests from the last week or two and saw a
request for a FF white sauce.
This reminded me of a segment on a british cooking show (Cooking with
Delia? or something similar) which referred to some special flour you could
buy called something like "No Lumps Flour". Apparently you can just stir
this flour into milk and cook it up to make a white sauce. Now I have
never seen anything like that here in Australia - any comments from our
members in UK?
