When I was pregnant with my first, almost four years ago now (yikes!), 
there were some people who set up a pregnancy sublist. It sort of 
languished, I'm not really sure what happened with it. Maybe the same thing 
could be done now ... I certainly would be interested, because I've gone 
and done it again! 8-) And I'm not being as careful as I should be ...

Empty calories? Here is what the USDA nutritional database has to say. 
You'll notice that they are a good source of potassium, iron and a few 
other useful things. I'm very relieved because they are almost the only 
fruit my three-year-old will eat!
