P. Ranney, who lives in Washington, said finding yogurt without gelatin was
difficult there. Maybe this will help.
In Utah, we enjoy "Nancy's Nonfat Yogurt" which is made by Springfield
Creamery in Eugene Oregon 97402. This is carried not only at Wild Oats Whole
Foods Stores here but at the local discount grocery/dept store Fred Meyers!
The ingredients are:
"Grade A pasteurized skim milk, nonfat dry milk, L. acidophilus, S.
thermophilus, L. bulgaricus, and B. bifidum cultures. Contains live cultures."
This is excellent creamy yogurt and surely your stores in Oregon could get it
more easily than ours in Utah! Good luck in your search.
