Good luck w/overcoming your eating disorder...I, too, am in that same
boat. I recommend a good Nutritionist/Dietician. It's a struggle,
but...
Anyway, for the info that you are looking for, you might try
"dietwatch.com" It has helped me a lot & my Nutritionist list it, too.
It will tell you all about your foods & let you add some (even
recipes). You can also choose your own goals, which is very important
for me, as it is primarily geared to those trying to lose weight & I am
trying to gain. Another site that you don't join or input anything is
"cyberdiet.com" It's pretty good as a reference guide.

ps-If you cannot or afford to or just don't want to go see a
Nutritionist, you could send me your stats (height, weight, goals, etc.)
and I can try to be of assistance.

i am new a new veggie (give or take a year). I tried vegan, but i have
an
eating disorder and too strict is too hard. anyhow, my question is
this:
how do i know how much protein, carbs, etc. i need and what foods do i
get
them from. I try to keep everthing low-fat or fat-free, but have also
been
struggling with that. In addition, I am extremely sugar sensitive but I
love
sweets. Does anyone have a good recipe for vegan/veggie pumpkin bread
with
no sugar?????? I would so much appreciate any help I can get.
Thanks much in advance for your help
