i was the one who posted about dry roasted chickpeas. i buy them at a
bulk food store. it's a canadian chain store, bulk barn. if you have
one near you i would suggest you go look there. they are delicious. if
not there are a few recipes in the archives that are similar; garbonzo
nuts and chickpea crunchies. i would suggest cooking them longer then
the recipe calls for.
