Do you really mean 5 vegetables or 5 *servings*
of vegetables?
Remember that each of these is considered 1 serving
of vegetables:
3/4 cup vegetable juice
1 cup of leafy greens (like salad greens)
1/2 cup chopped veggies
1/2 cup legumes
Doesn't seem so hard to fit in 5 servings a day!
