this is a reply to rubytuesday's request for finding granny smith apple
juice concentrate. i am looking at a can of frozen concentrate right
now. i keep at least a can or ten of it in the freezer at all times.
we love to have it on hand to use in recipes as well as for drinking.
our particular juice is made by large apple juice producing company
called, "SENECA"...i will attach their url to this reply so that those
of you who are interested in finding it in your area can go there an
inquire directly from the company. we buy it here in northern
california at the larger grocery stores, i.e. safeway, raley's, nob
hill, bel aire. like i said, if you can't bite into a good old crisp
tart granny that you hold in your hand....this juice is really a
wonderful substitute. hope that this helps. happy st. patrick's day to
you all....hope you are wearing your green!
thanks for this wonderful digest. angels be with you all....>i<
