Forget restaurants! All restaurants add things you don't want (or need) in
your diet. And they will deny it, too. That's why things taste so good!
Sure it's fun to eat out but be aware that they don't tell you everything.
The only way to eat fatfree, sugarfree, sodium-free is HOME COOKING! All
processed food has too much fat, sugar, and sodium. Commercially canned
foods are high in sodium. Cook from scratch and you know what's in it.
(It's only time consuming if you make it time consuming.) Learn to use the
wealth of many herbs and spices.
Take food with you--to work, play, travel, whatever. Remember when workers
used to take their lunches to work with them? The personal and financial
rewards are astounding.
