I do something like this, but with baked potatoes. Bake or nuke a potato.
While it is baking mix salsa with beans and heat in a saucepan. If it is
too runny, add a little tomato paste. Serve sauce over potatoes. You can
top with a little fatfree cheese or sour cream, if desired. I've taken
this for lunch, also, since we have a microwave here.
