no time/ no energy "recipes"

About Kristin's rice, beans and salsa idea: I do the same thing, but add a  
diced onion, diced bell pepper, and, depending on the hotness of the salsa  
and my mood, may dilute the salsa with a bit of ketchup. Sounds strange, but  
it's really tasty, filling, and *fast*!!
