Digest and Non-digest requests

I'm not sure if this is working due to the website crashing, but here are the 
instructions I saved:

Posting Address:
    fatfree@xxxxxxxxxxx

Main Digest Administrative Address (for digest on/off requests):
    fatfree-REQUEST@xxxxxxxxxxx
        To subscribe, send the message "subscribe"
        To unsubscribe, send the message "unsubscribe"

Non-Digest Administrative Address (for non-digest on/off requests):
    fatfree-ND-REQUEST@xxxxxxxxxxx
        To subscribe, send the message "subscribe"
        To unsubscribe, send the message "unsubscribe"
