Let cool enough to handle. Then roll like pie
crust. Cut in 1" X 2" strips. Let these dry 15
minutes.
Drop into boiling broth and simmer for 15-20 minutes
These sound very much like the dumplings that are served in places like bob
evans and cracker barrell. I have never had them as they always come with some
type of meat based stew or soup
