hello everyone
i've just bought some silken tofu only because i have never
seen it in any of the shops in barcelona. my problem is that i don't know what
to do with it. any suggestions? i made a dressing for salads with some of it but
wasn't to keen on it. also, does anyone know how long it keeps for? any help is
appreciated.
