Thanks to everyone who wrote in with olive advice. I bought a small jar of the (supposedly) mild green ones, and I'm looking forward to trying them out. I'll take your advice and try a small sprinkle in my next tomato sauce. Might be good in a scrambled tofu recipe, too, hmmmm ... thanks to you, I've already starting to get some ideas!
