specifically order steamed vegetables but any oriental place will make them for you. I get them with tofu for protein. Just like to clarify an important point.. Vegetables have lots of protein. Broccoli and asparagus are about 30% protein. Green beans and kale are about 24% protein. You dont have to eat soy or tofu as a vegan to get protein. Jeff :) |
