This is how my mom makes fruit salad & it's way better than those with
all that fat! Nothing but fruit in this!
2 grapefruit, sectioned and cut up into chunks (take off the skins from
the sections)
2 oranges, sectioned and cut up into chunks
1 apple, chopped
1 pear, chopped
2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 can pineapple chunks with the juice (get the kind in its own juice)
1 banana, sliced
Just mix all of this together, except for the banana, and put it in the
fridge for a couple of hours or overnight, then add the banana at the
last minute. Adjust the ingredients as you like for what you have on
hand or what you like!
