RE: making TVP meatballs
Sometimes you need more of a binder to hold the meatballs together than
when using meat - raw meat tends to stick together when cooked.
Add flour to your TVP mix after you have reconstituted it.
To judge how much you need take a small lump of your mix and nuke it for a
short time in the microwave. COOL!! a little then test. If it does not
hold together well enough then add more flour.
Warning. If you are going to serve the meatballs in a sauce add the sauce
at the last minute or else the meatballs will get soggy and fall apart.
