Although I did not write the original question, my daughter is heading that
way, and I have been concerned as to what she will eat. You offered many
helpful ideas. She is going to Greece too, and I expect similar ideas,
such as picnics, etc. might work there, too?
Also, thank you, Christine for posting an affirmative on the healthy
cheesecake. I thought it sounded good on the first posting, but left it.
Then when you posted that it was great, I went back and found it and copied
it. Can't wait to try it.
