This isn't a dressing, but an alternative use for broccoli slaw (the
precut, washed, and bagged kind): I like to add it to spaghetti sauce.

I also use the rainbow slaw for this purpose (the julienned broccoli,
cabbage, carrots, etc).  I dry fry it first to cook it some (or
sometimes saute in wine if I have some) and then add the spaghetti
sauce.  A great way to add more vegetables to a pasta meal without the
hassle of cutting and washing vegetables.  Sometimes I add a lot of
slaw and make the sauce very thick and cut back on the pasta -- makes
it more of a stew.
