Scottsdale, AZ?

Hi all,

I will be in Scottsdale, AZ the beginning of February for a conference. 
I'll be staying near the Civic Center, but will have a rental car. 
Anybody know of any good restaurants that might be able to handle vegan
(preferably fatfree, but I can survive for one week without)?
