I prepared this the other night....it's great
1 block tofu, cubed, steamed for 5 minutes
1 carrot cut into strips
cucumber, cut into whatever shape you want
watercress
combine everything in a bowl, toss
now for the dressing
2 tablespoons miso
1 T. sugar
1 T. toated sesame seeds
water
combine first 3 ingredients in a sauce pan
and cook....low heat
add water so it's not too thick
just let this boil adn pour over salad
it's great...the watercress is perfect with the miso
