While this recipe has no obvious added fat, the flaxseeds themselves are fatty, and thus the recipe is not appropriate for this list. Each slice of bread has over 4 grams of fat. Sorry, list. (I did send the recipe privately to Dolly.) It came from the January/February 2000 issue of Cooking Light Magazine.
