Two quick inquiries:
First, Splenda, the sugar substitute that seems to be the best as far as
flavor and hopefully healthier than all the rest, is something I've been
anxious to find. I know there's the website; I'll check that out in a bit.
Can you buy it in many other places yet? Does anyone know if it will be
more available soon?
And secondly, among long grain rice, quinoa, brown rice, millet, barley,
and other whole grains which I cannot think of at the moment, which is the
most nutritous? Which has the most protein? Or are they pretty much
equal? Thanks!
