Pizza Sauce

For pizza sauce I use a large (28 oz.) can of crushed tomatoes with tomato 
puree, add minced garlic, some oregano, basil and fresh (if I have it) or 
dried parsley and cook it until some of the water cooks down and the sauce is 
the consistency I want. I don't know if this is truly Italian, but it tastes 
great.
