RE: Yogurt cheese and apple sauce

Let me jump in with my favorite "quick tip."

People use yogurt cheese for anything you might use Cream cheese, to
boursin, to whatever, depending upon how much you choose to drain it.
BTW, a Mr. Coffee basket and filter set up on a cup do the easiest job.

My tip is this:  Before you drain it, and plan to mix stuff into it (like
spinach for dip, or herbs, fruit, etc) mix the stuff into the yogurt.  Not
only is it easier to mix, but the flavors meld through the resultant cheese.
Much quicker, easier, and tastier!
