Hey everyone, I love reading Fat Free!! Anyway, I had some firm tofu and did
not know what to do with it but today during lunch, i felt creative. I did
not measure very well, I approximated and made it for two. I used half of a
container of firm tofu, 1 1/4 C. string beans, 3/4 can of straw mushrooms,
about 3 or 4 tbs of soy sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic to
Microwave hte string beans as directed
Start to stir fry the tofu on a fry pan with PAM spray (i used orig. but I am
sure garlic would work just as well) and add some soy sauce and seasonings.
After it starts to get browned, (not just from the sauce!) add the mushrooms
and a minute or two later, the string beans. As you add the ingredients, keep
adding some of the soy suace and seasonings because the tofu soaks up a lot
It was so wonderful, quick, and so easy to make and clean up!
