I replaced regular pasta with whole weat pasta. My local health-food store
has a wide variety, made of either wheat or soy and whole weat. I admit it
takes a little getting used to because it does taste a little like cardboard
when you've always had the original semolina version, but just like I
wouldn't go back to white bread, I wouldn't go back to white pasta.
