Raisins and dried apricots are good sources of iron, and also things that
kids like.
One thing people forget or are not aware of, is that these fruit have stick
fruit sugar in them, which adheres to the teeth and rapidly promotes tooth
decay. If they're bedtime snacks, or in school lunches, your son should
know he really needs to brush after having them.
Green leafies after this, I guess. Try things like spinach dip with veggie
sticks. Feels like snacking...
