I don't recall who sent in the goulash with zucchini dumplings recipe for
one, but I made it last night for supper and it is delicious. I doubled it
more or less so that I had 4 nice size dumplings and goulash for 2 people,
and also when sauteing the green pepper and onion I added red pepper flakes,
really zipped it up. I am wondering if we can subscribe in the states to
the BBC Vegetarian Food magazine that the writer said the recipe came from.
Would the writer please send me a private email about this.
