Hi All!
I need some ideas for breakfasts, lunches and dinners that meet the
following criteria:
1. Uses inexpensive ingredients found in any supermarket. Is easy on the
budget.
2. Is starch-based with sides of fruits and vegetables (McDougall style) and
very low in fat.
3. Can be easily thrown together in 30 minutes or less.
Any ideas???
