I found a nice recipe for portabella stuffed mushrooms (if I remember to
bring my cookbook to work, I'll post it). It called for kasha, which I used,
but I wasn't too thrilled with the taste. Can anyone post some good kasha
recipes or suggestions to make it taste better? The only restriction for me
is I am allergic to dairy, so it can not have any of that in it.
Also, I'm searching for a good vegan cookbook since the vegetarian cookbook
I have has too many recipes using dairy products.
