Hello, all! (Americans, did you vote?? ;> )
Gotta question...
yesterday during the usual grocery shopping trip, I was looking at the
Asian won-ton wraps and such, and also found Asian noodles (all of this is
in the cold section). They seemed kinda dough-y in the package, much like
the wraps that are ready to fill and then fry/cook/whatever. (Each serving
had about 160 calories or something close to that, and 0 fat grams.) I am
wondering how to make the noodles on my own, perhaps using whole wheat
flour instead to increase the nutritional value. Is it a fairly simple
process? How do I go about doing this? Any helpful tips or recipes would
be greatly appreciated!
Thanks a lot,
