Angel Eggs

   3      medium        potatoes -- boiled
   6                    eggs -- boiled
     1/2  cup           Kraft Miracle Whip Nonfat Dressing
   1      tablespoon    mustard
   1      teaspoon      Dijon mustard
   1      teaspoon      sweet pickle juice
                        paprika

Serving Size 6

Peel and boil potatoes until done. Mash potatoes to a very fine consistency when cool add nonfat Miracle Whip, mustards and pickle juice, mix well. Set aside.

Peel boiled eggs. Cut in half, (discard yolks) and fill with potato mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.

Comment: delightful "deviled" eggs turned into ANGELS.
