Thank you Neil for asking about the mince! I love her
cookbook too, but have never known what to use. I
sometimes substitute TVP, and for most of the recipes
it works. I was also wondering, what are vegetarian
"steaklets" and where can I get them? She uses them a
lot in her cookbook as well.
