Most of my Spinach Dip Recipes have the following ingredients:
1 env. Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix (or Knorr leek or dried vegetable soup)
1 pint sour cream (can use fatfree or lowfat)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (can use fatfree or lowfat)
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach (frozen), squeezed dry
8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
I'm not sure how it would be without the mayonnaise like Pamela's recipe.
