and drained
16 Ounces Frozen Corn Kernels -- thawed
1/2 Medium Red Onion -- finely chopped,
or to taste
1 Large Tomato -- finely chopped
1/2 Cup Dill Pickle Relish
Mix all together.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Hi. Sounds great. One question: Not to be gross, but did you find this recipe
caused stomach distress via gas from canned beans? I often buy organic
refried beans (either fatfree or very lowfat content) made from black beans
or pinto, and they are gaseous. Any solutions out there? Mind you, these are
prepared foods and unlike raw beans, cannot be treated to dispel gas causing
properties.
