I was wondering if anyone had any reliable recepies for perhaps some
brownies, or a slice of some sort. It is for my mums birthday and she is
always complaining about me cooking soft mushy cakes and muffins that all
taste the same which i have to agree with. I dont know whether it comes
from using too much apple sauce, but most of my baking has turned out to be
a very moist dense and chewy. I thought maybe this time i could get her not
to start on about how much i am missing out on, by sticking to a low fat
diet! any help would be appreciated!
oh, and i live in australia so i often find that some of the recepies i use
forign ingredients which are unavailable to me, so if that could be avoided
it would be great,
