Here's my sister's recipe for a pasta salad dressing. It makes alot. Boil
the pasta (shells, elbows, rotini, or whatever), drain, and rinse with cold
water. Cut up cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green onions, mushrooms,
zucchini, or whatever you have that looks good. (Cherry tomatoes add some
nice color.) Toss vegetables with pasta and dressing.

1 1/2 c sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp prepared mustard
pepper -- to taste
Whisk together and toss with pasta and vegetables.
