Our favorite use for rhubarb is to make a strawberry-rhubarb sauce and
serve it warm over angel food cake. I just combine relatively equal
amounts of cut up rhubarb and strawberries, add sugar to taste and cook
it in a saucepan until it is nice and gooey. How's that for a detailed
and technically accurate recipe? For an easy fresh angel food cake I
think the Dunkin Hines mix tastes best.
