Changing email address

First, unsubscribe using your old email address (with the From: address as 
your old address) by sending the message:

unsubscribe

to either fatfree-REQUEST@xxxxxxxxxxx
         if you get the digest version of the mailing list
OR to fatfree-ND-REQUEST@xxxxxxxxxxx
          if you get the individual message version of the list

Then, subscribe with your new email address by sending the message:

subscribe

to either of the above addresses.
