I use a pre-made graham crust that is low fat from the store. I then
mix together the juice of 3 limes, one can of sweetened condensed milk a
1/2 cup of egg beaters and the zest from the limes. Mix it altogether
well, pour intothe crust and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Can also
be made with lemons. AND I have also served as a dip for fresh fruit.
