But these are hard to keep lowfat and still taste like the type of food an
omnivore will eat. I meant to look up some recipes in my book last night,
but had to dash out for the evening. I will try to find some tonight.
I make heavy use of the mainline meat substitutes when I cook for omnivores.
Products such as Morningstar Farms, Boca etc. The veggie burger crumbles
can be used in many dishes that call for ground meat, and many of them are
spicy enough that they can't tell it isn't meat.
