I would think you could adapt a German potato salad recipe (vinegar)
(hot/warm temperature) to it, but I haven't tried it. Also there's
sauerkraut and mustards. And good Rye/Pumpernickel bread, or other rye
stuff. I don't know if that's very German, but my grandma got me hooked
on rye. Or soup with dumplings? -Mera.
