Someone (Beverly?) was looking for an injera recipe. There's a good
recipe in the archives which comes from a cookbook I have (though I
didn't post it) which I've tried. I thought it turned out very well.
I've never been able to find teff flour, so I just make it with whole
wheat.
Now we just need some wat recipes to go with the injera!
