Seth asked about making sour cream from soy milk. I don't think that will
work, but you can do it with tofu.
In a blender, put
1 10 or 12 oz. pkg of extra firm tofu
1 Tblsp vinegar
1 Tblsp lemon juice
1 Tblsp fructose or sugar
1 Tblsp flour
Optional: 1 Tblsp vanilla
Blend and chill.
You can also use this as the sour cream for making cheese cake.
