For Karen, looking for easy low carb. foods:
1. Buy dried packaged soups that you simply add hot water to. You could
have one for breakfast. Nile or Fantastic Brands are fine.
2. Think ahead. Set aside Sunday or one day to make your meals for the
week. Soups are great and easy to heat up. Lentil, Minestrone, etc. Go
shopping with weekly menu in mind. This saves money and time.
3. Ease up on fruit. Cut up peppers, zuchini, etc and store in refrig.
Make a hummus to use as a dip for these snacks.
