Hi Ya'll: thanks for helping me with my diet. You've given me lots of
helpful suggestions but now I need to ask another question:
Just how much if any grams of sugar can a dieter eat in one day? The only
sugar I get is in my de caff coffee.....
I know I could use those artificial sweeteners but I really don't like
them.
