I stock up on boxes of Kellogg's Special K cereal... no other cereal beats
Special K in terms of being low in fat (0.1g per 30g serving), amazingly
high in protein, low in simple carboydrates (sugars), high in dietary fibre
and great to munch on!
I always feel good after having snacked on Spec. K coz I know I've just
dumped a ton of protein into my system instead of sugar.
