2 BANANA'S (BLACK SPOTS ON SKIN)PEELED AND FROZEN
IN FREEZER(THE LONGER IN FREEZER THE SWEETER)
1/2 CANTALOPE (SEEDED)
1 KEEWIE (PEELED)
DIRECTIONS:  PUT JUICE IN BLENDER / BREAK BANANA'S INTO BLENDER(TWO INCH
PCS) ADD KEEWIE. BLEND ON HIGH UNTILL SMOOTH AND FROTHY!
ADD: 4 TO 5 SCOOPS OF MLO(BRAND NAME) ALL VEGITABLE
PROTIEN . REBLEND ON HIGH FOR 1 MINUTE. DRINK!!!!
NOTE :CONTAINS APPROX 40 TO 50 GRAMS OF PROTIEN FROM SUPPLEMENTS!  GOOD
