It depends...if you know the fresh veggies/fruit have been recently
picked, they're probably better. But in many stores, stuff sits around
for a few days before you buy it, plus it takes time to deliver them to
the store. Frozen things are usually frozen very shortly after picking,
and can be better nutritionally than fresh that was picked a week or so ago.
Some things like carrots and potatoes, keep well (and are cheap enough)
and are probably not worth buying frozen unless you really need the time
savings.
